Everything Starts With You

It is my intention that you are supported through your path to growth and transformation, and leave you free to act as the next beacon of hope for those coming up the path behind you. I offer yoga to assist in grounding your energy, and quietening your mind. In my Reiki sessions I channel this life force energy to soothe your senses and cleanse your nervous system. My coaching skills are designed to assist in shining the light of awareness so that you may discover a deeper compassion for yourself and in doing so, gently let go of all that does not serve you. These are some of the ways I have created the space for others to step into their innermost healing and self-love. However it wasn’t always this way, and it was only by embarking on my healing journey that I was brought to a place where I could do this for others.

Five years ago my healing journey really began when my marriage fell apart. I moved out of the family home and I became a single-mum. I was then quickly flung into financial crisis, struggling with debt and working in a 9-5 job that I wasn’t fulfilled in and hardly covered my bills. Faced with the stark reality of losing the relationship I thought would last a lifetime, and having very little money to my name while trying to raise my three year old little girl, I went into a depression. I felt lost and alone.
For a while I felt stripped of all my confidence. I stopped reaching out to my family. By day I was walking around in a haze, on auto pilot and by night I would wonder where my life went, searching for answers and getting stuck in a cycle of self-pity and self-loathing. I drank to forget how much I hated myself.

It was one night when I was at my lowest, desperate to climb out of the hole I’d got myself into, that something changed and I made a choice. I didn’t know how I was going to achieve a better life for myself and my daughter, but at that moment, I chose to believe it was possible.
It was then that the spark of life ignited in my heart, and my recovery really started to gain momentum. From there I discovered self development courses and coaching, I embarked on my yoga foundation course, and completed my first Reiki attunement. I started to see how I could create my life differently. At the same time I realised that if I was going to change my life for the better, then I needed to let go of old thought patterns and relinquish the old version of myself that kept me small.
Bit by bit I distinguished negative thought patterns, identified disempowering beliefs and continued to let them go. It was by no means an overnight miracle. However, it was a kind of expansion I had never experienced before and so I kept going.

Five years on, I am now a coach for others, am a fully qualified Sun Power Yoga Teacher and am attuned to Usui Reiki Master and Kundalini Reiki Master Levels. I am now living the life of my dreams with my soul mate, in a beautiful house we bought together. He is the most loving step-father I could hope for and he lights up our lives every day. I have spent hours coaching and being coached by some of the worlds leading personal development coaches and I now know whats truly possible. And it is now my privilege to be the channel for your inner healing and transformation.
So wherever you are on your own personal journey and whatever trials you are facing, if any of what I’ve shared resonates with you, then I invite you to listen to that inner voice. That innate wisdom that is quietly calling you forward. There is gold on that path if you take your courage in your hands and put one foot in front of the other. You will see something magical will start to happen. You will begin to flourish; and dreams you never knew you had will start to unfold. But everything depends on that one leap of faith. And everything starts with you.
